• Lead the Covid 19 Recovery and Restoration recovery to its
completion in line with NHSE trajectory
• Completed backlog of Reviews for verification ensuring quality and
standards remain paramount.
• Formulated the response to a backlog of disputed cases between
health and social care.
• Ongoing work of support for a continued strive for excellence in CHC
for CCG' and ICB accross England and Wales
• Lead a dispute process for completion of historic issues between
partner agencies which improved relationships and advanced
learning.
• Representation for the CCG/ ICB as Independent clinical advisor to
IRP.
• Presentation of cases to IRP.
• Representation for the CCG /ICB on all LRM cases
• Management of complex case portfolio
• Completion of complex 117 reviews.
• Updated the CCG/ICB CHAT submission for NHSE.
• Formulated a Joint funding pathway and process for our 3 Local
Authority partners.
• Member of the NHSE Southwest forum for CHC leads..
• Refocused a 28-day team activity to achieve the 28 day KPI within
the first qtr. of management from 38% to 85%
• Developed the judicial Dol process and responsible for completion
of all applications ready for court submission.
• Refocused a DTA pathway to ensure flow is maintained when clients
are at the optimum to move from the acute
The team provide a service of assessment for deprivation of liberty safegauards ( DoLs) for local authroties and Court of Protection DoLs for ICB throgh an growing extenesive team of specialist and accreddited Best intrest Assessors and Section 12 doctors accross England and Wales
The team has successfully supported a number of NHS ICB's, independent and private healthcare organisations by offering their multidisciplinary expertise with improved outcomes
