Steve Farley RMN, BIA is a clinically‑led, outcomes‑driven senior leader who has supported ICBs, Local Authorities and independent providers across the UK and Ireland to improve clinical outcomes, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable efficiencies.


A decorated former British Army veteran, Steve brings a disciplined, solution‑focused approach to complex health and social care environments. His career includes senior management roles within the NHS and wider public sector, where he has consistently delivered improvement, recovery and high‑quality clinical outcomes.


Steve is recognised as a system influencer, leading by example and driving a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. His leadership is grounded in fairness, professional integrity and a commitment to equality and justice for all.
