- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) on behalf of Local Authorities
- Court of Protection DoLS on behalf of ICBs
This is delivered through a growing national team of
specialist and accredited Best Interests Assessors (BIAs) and
Section 12‑approved doctors, operating across England and Wales.
Litigation Friend
UKSH Ltd have court accreditation and appointments of Representation of Litigation friend for clients on matters including section 21 challenges to any DoLs authorisation and legal matters that require clients involved in legal challenges
CHC Consolations
UKSH Ltd are able to provide representation for clients or their appointed persons, undergoing assessment or review of Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding and specialist representation and advise on appeals.
